At BougieLujo, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to provide clear, fair terms so you can book with confidence while ensuring we can continue to host all our guests at the highest standard.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Long-Term Stays (28+ Nights)

  • Guests booking for 28 nights or longer may cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
  • If canceled within 30 days of arrival, the first month is non-refundable.

Early Departures

If a guest chooses to leave earlier than the reserved checkout date, unused nights are non-refundable.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

Rescheduling Policy

We allow one complimentary reschedule of your booking (subject to availability) if requested at least 7 days before check-in.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In rare cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control, BougieLujo reserves the right to:

  • Offer a reschedule at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a credit voucher for future stays.
